What’s Included?

Our private, ground-floor 1,500 sq. ft. studio is a fully equipped, open-plan space designed for creativity. It features an infinity cove, a built-in Bali-inspired window seat, an arch feature, and multiple content sets, including a CEO space and a luxury bath. You'll also find high-end furniture and props, a dressing room, a glam station, a private bathroom, and a private kitchen. Additionally, we provide technical equipment and much more.

Pricing

We operate on an hourly fee basis, with discounted rates available for longer bookings. Full details on our pricing can be found here.

- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 48 hours before your arrival.

-A £50 damage deposit will be added to your total. This will be refunded to your card within 10 days after your booking, provided no damage occurs.

Location

Visiting by car? Our ground-floor studio offers onsite parking, including two reserved spaces right outside and shutter access for large items. Additional overflow parking is available just across the road.

We’re based in the BB1 area of Lancashire, just minutes from Junction 6 of the M65:

- 40 minutes from Manchester City Centre

- 20 minutes from Preston City Centre

The nearest train stations are Blackburn, Whalley, and Clitheroe. For direct connections from the South and Scotland, Preston Train Station is approximately 20 minutes away.

Parking

Our studio provides onsite parking with two reserved spaces directly outside the entrance, plus convenient shutter access for larger items. Overflow parking is available across the road if needed.

Full parking details will be included in your access pack, sent 48 hours before your arrival.

Opening Times

We’re open seven days a week – standard rates apply from 8 AM – 8 PM.

For after-hours shoots (post 8 PM) – please contact us for pricing.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, bookings can be rearranged up to 48 hours prior to your booking and may only be rescheduled once.

New dates for rescheduled bookings must be within one month of the original booking date.

Please note that all cancellations are non-refundable, and payment will be forfeited.

Studio Rules

We want to ensure your visit to The Content Cove is safe and that our space is respected. To help with this, we have a few studio rules that must be followed. These will be included in your booking confirmation and pre-arrival pack.

Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Pets are only allowed with prior consent, as deep cleaning is required after their visit.
